I can help you to understand better your struggles and to find coping strategies for your mental health so that you are in control of your feelings. I work with individuals and /or couples to improve their relationships. I support couples with effective communications skills so that you feel happier and closer.
I have worked with many people affected by abusive relationships so don’t suffer in silence get in touch with me, because I can help. If you still blame yourself and feel guilty for what happened in your relationship the counselling can relieve this negativity.
